Head of Growth – Mobile Games

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate a 4-member Growth team

• Take charge of the quality and strategic direction of growth initiatives across mobile gaming projects

• Develop strategies encompassing User Acquisition (UA), App Store Optimization (ASO), monetization, retention, and analytics

• Assist or lead intricate growth audits and strategic client interactions

• Engage with key accounts where advanced expertise is required

• Enhance team processes, reporting mechanisms, and KPI transparency

• Play a role in commercial decision-making, project scoping, and service enhancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in mobile gaming growth, mobile game User Acquisition, or performance marketing leadership

• Demonstrated history of working across multiple mobile game titles

• Profound knowledge in at least one critical area of growth, along with a broad comprehension of the overall landscape

• Strong strategic mindset paired with a practical, hands-on approach

• Experience in mentoring, managing, or leading teams

• Capability to function as a player-coach instead of solely as a people manager
