Email Marketing Specialist, eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute email campaigns (promotional, transactional, and lifecycle)

• Manage automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back)

• Create dynamic segmentations and audiences

• Analyze performance and optimize results

• Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, content, timing)

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams

• Generate reports and recommendations based on data

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in Email Marketing / CRM / Lifecycle (eCommerce)

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+)

• Strong experience with Klaviyo

• Experience with Shopify

• Knowledge in retention marketing and customer journey

• Analytical mindset (proficient in eCommerce metrics)

• Experience working remotely
