This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive performance marketing strategy encompassing paid, affiliate, subscription, and TikTok Shop.
• Establish and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, and contribution margin.
• Propel profitable expansion by refining channel mix, enhancing spend efficiency, and ensuring customer quality.
• Discover avenues to augment LTV, particularly through subscription models.
• Lead paid media initiatives across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
• Develop and expand affiliate and creator-led commerce initiatives.
• Oversee the TikTok Shop strategy, collaborating with external agencies for effective execution.
• Manage search strategy across both paid and organic (SEO) channels, adapting methods for innovative AI-driven discovery (AGO).
• Supervise budgets, bidding strategies, and channel mix to optimize returns.
• Collaborate with brand and content teams to create high-impact creative assets.
• Manage website conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages, product detail pages (PDPs), and the checkout process.
• Continuously test and refine creative content, offers, and funnel performance, while driving a structured A/B testing roadmap for ads and on-site experiences.
• Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives (email/SMS) to enhance repeat purchases and LTV.
• Develop and optimize subscription programs, including offers, user experience, and retention flows.
• Streamline the entire customer journey from initial engagement to repeat purchases.
• Take charge of direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue forecasting, incorporating demand planning across campaigns, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure inventory aligns with growth strategies (in-stock, avoiding missed revenue opportunities).
• Create reports and translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Demonstrated experience in leading growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition for a DTC, e-commerce, wellness, CPG, or consumer brand.
• Solid hands-on experience in managing paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance-driven platforms.
• Proven track record of scaling DTC and/or Amazon revenue in Canada, the US, or comparable markets.
• Deep understanding of key growth metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, AOV, conversion rate, retention, and contribution margin.
• Experience with lifecycle marketing, covering email, SMS, repeat purchase strategies, and subscription growth initiatives.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, creator commerce, TikTok Shop, and emerging social commerce platforms.
• Strong grasp of website CRO, landing page testing, PDP optimization, checkout optimization, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Capability to manage budgets, forecast revenue, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven choices.
• Commercially astute with an ability to balance growth, profitability, inventory management, and customer quality.
• Experience in collaborating with external agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment where both strategy and execution are critical.
