
Head of Growth – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will oversee the marketing strategy for both brands and continue to enhance our marketing engine.
• Collaborate with David to develop and execute the growth strategy for both brands.
• Expand paid channels, content strategies, creator partnerships, CRM efforts, and conversion rates.
• Manage and further enhance existing performance frameworks.
• Scale up marketplaces and retail options (e.g., Amazon, pharmacies, and drugstores) as new channels.
• Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities.
• Enhance cross-selling, funnel optimization, and customer retention strategies.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners and internal resources.
• Long-term focus: international expansion, new channel development, and team growth.
• Several years of experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, or growth marketing.
• Demonstrated success in scaling a brand or digital business.
• Strong capabilities in both strategic planning and execution.
• Proficient in working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a sense of ownership and a hands-on approach.
• Proficient in German and have a good command of English.
• High level of responsibility from the outset.
• Direct collaboration with the founders.
• A profitable company model (no high-burn startup approach).
• Two strong brands with considerable growth potential.
• Equity participation and a genuine pathway to executive leadership.
