This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Manage the strategy, development, and implementation of all growth marketing initiatives related to the app, including performance channels, lifecycle marketing, collaboration with organic efforts, and funnel optimization.
• Work alongside the executive team to ensure that growth objectives align with the overall business goals.
• Accurately model and assess the impact of marketing, anticipating trends and events that will present growth opportunities and seizing them effectively.
• Build, nurture, and mentor a top-tier growth team as the company experiences rapid expansion; promote a culture of high performance, learning, curiosity, and ownership.
• Understand our users as well as you know your friends — master every aspect of the user journey, comprehend their needs, motivations, and concerns, and strive to provide lasting value.
• Act as a trusted collaborator with Product and Analytics, contributing your insights and ideas to strategic business discussions.
• Be a culture ambassador throughout the organization — embodying qualities such as hunger, humility, compassion, curiosity, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Over 5 years of experience in building and leading successful performance marketing teams within the B2C sector, particularly for mobile-first products.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Performance Marketing, User Acquisition Marketing (UAM), Creatives, and Performance Growth Marketing (PGM) — or extensive knowledge in several of these domains.
• A proven history of significantly scaling app growth (stories of 10x growth encouraged).
• Ability to combine data, analytics, and performance marketing skills with creative storytelling that engages and motivates both new and existing users.
• Experience with marketing automation tools, AI, and analytics platforms.
• Consistently enhances marketing effectiveness and ROI — identifying the appropriate investment levels to achieve growth and profitability targets, while optimizing the marketing mix across all channels and platforms.
• Demonstrated successful managerial experience in leading growth or performance marketing teams.
• Fosters an environment that encourages data-driven decision-making with a focus on action and clear accountability.
• A visionary and an operator — adept at working in a hands-on environment while establishing long-term strategic direction.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and develop strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
