This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead and inspire a team of high-achieving Account Executives in Primer’s most established market.
• Facilitate new prospect engagements and build trust within the immediate team through exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborate closely with our product, partnerships, and marketing divisions to ensure that sales initiatives are seamlessly integrated into our overall business strategy.
• Foster a culture of high performance with a strong commitment to both internal and external obligations while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
• Mentor and support team members to prepare them for success by recognizing their strengths and aligning them with suitable opportunities.
• Over 10 years of sales experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing a team of Account Executives, ideally in the payments or fintech sector.
• Capability to think strategically and formulate long-term plans that contribute to business growth.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain relationships at all organizational levels.
• Experience in negotiating intricate deals and collaborating with legal teams to finalize contracts.
