This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of the entire new customer acquisition strategy.

• You will be responsible for a team of approximately 20, consisting of creative strategists, editors, a media buyer, and a CRO analyst, with the goal of increasing new customer revenue by 5x within 12 months.

• You will manage paid media across platforms including Meta (primary), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, AppLovin, and Snapchat Ads.

• You will oversee ad creative from start to finish: including concepts, briefs, scripts, production, quality assurance, testing, and iterations.

• You will handle conversion rate optimization (CRO) and the complete funnel development, which includes landing pages, listicles, advertorials, sales pages, quiz funnels, checkout flows, and post-purchase upsells.

• You will ensure consistency between ad messaging and landing page relevance.

• You will provide a weekly 60-second update to the CEO, focusing solely on metrics without the use of slides.

• You have directly managed a Meta advertising budget exceeding $100K per day for a single brand as an employee.

• Your primary strengths lie in creativity and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• You recognize that customer acquisition cost (CAC) is not a figure to safeguard, but rather an output that can be improved.

• You possess a holistic view of the entire funnel, not just the advertising aspect.

• You do not depend on agencies to provide strategic direction.

• You deliver candid feedback without diluting it to the point of losing its significance.
