This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• The Head of Growth is responsible for overseeing the entire commercial funnel at Ovom — from the initial digital contact to the finalized treatment agreement.
• Design the psychological and technical journey for patients, enhancing website CTAs, seamless intake processes, email nurturing campaigns, and contract finalization.
• Utilize HubSpot as your primary resource for tracking the pipeline, automating workflows, and analyzing unit economics.
• Lead our external marketing agencies, ensuring accountability for CPA, lead quality, and overall performance.
• Supervise, mentor, and establish KPIs for the Care Coordinator team.
• Discover and create high-intent acquisition funnels and strategic partnerships outside of the Meta/Google ecosystem.
• Compile our successful acquisition strategies into a comprehensive growth engine playbook to launch and expand Ovom clinics in new markets.
• 5+ years of experience in B2C Growth or Commercial Leadership, preferably in Fertility; otherwise in healthtech or medtech.
• Experience in High-Ticket Conversion: You have developed systems that sell high-value, high-consideration services (€5k+), understanding the psychology behind complex emotional purchases.
• B2C Sales Leadership: You possess experience in managing, coaching, and establishing KPIs for a sales or admissions team that carries quotas.
• Commercial & Analytical Acumen: You are highly adept with unit economics, CAC/LTV modeling, and developing intricate pricing structures.
• Mastery of Systems & Agencies: Hands-on experience in building CRMs (HubSpot) as a single source of truth, alongside a proven history of holding paid/SEO agencies accountable for their performance.
• Comfort with Regulations: You are skilled at maneuvering and marketing effectively while adhering strictly to GDPR and EU health data regulations.
• Linguistic Proficiency: Fluent English is required, and working knowledge of German, French, Portuguese, or Spanish is a significant advantage for our geographic expansion.
