• Demonstrated success in scaling fintech, payments, remittances, or consumer financial products.
• Profound knowledge of the Australian market and diaspora-driven growth strategies.
• Strong proficiency in growth funnels, CRM, paid media, partnerships, and community-led growth.
• Proven experience in managing regional performance targets, budgets, CAC, and LTV.
