Head of Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Establish the Growth Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive market entry and penetration tactics throughout Australia.

• Propel Acquisition & Retention: Manage the entire user lifecycle—from paid marketing, influencer collaborations, and community-driven initiatives to activation, engagement, and win-back strategies.

• Enhance the Funnel: Collaborate closely with Product to refine onboarding processes, boost conversion rates, set limits, and elevate user experience.

• Direct Cross-Functional Execution: Supervise daily operations by coordinating efforts across Growth, Ops, Product, CRM, and Partnerships.

• Optimize Performance & Unit Economics: Monitor and analyze key metrics, consistently refining growth levers.

• Cultivate a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and guide an innovative growth team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Growth, Marketing, and Commercial leadership positions within B2C fintech.

• Demonstrated success in scaling fintech, payments, remittances, or consumer financial products.

• Profound knowledge of the Australian market and diaspora-driven growth strategies.

• Strong proficiency in growth funnels, CRM, paid media, partnerships, and community-led growth.

• Proven experience in managing regional performance targets, budgets, CAC, and LTV.
