• Design and spearhead comprehensive acquisition strategies tailored to key audiences, product offerings, and strategic account segments to cultivate a qualified pipeline and attract new customers.
• Convert product marketing positioning and content marketing resources into cohesive acquisition campaigns across various digital platforms, industry events, partnerships, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Identify high-intent buyer signals and enhance acquisition channels—including organic search, paid media, and website conversion paths—to engage new prospects who are actively seeking solutions.
• Create automated engagement and nurturing programs that guide prospects through the acquisition funnel, transforming interest into sales discussions.
• Establish and execute clear funnel metrics and attribution models that quantify marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
• Lead a high-performing growth team tasked with demand generation, account-based marketing, and funnel optimization while promoting a culture of experimentation and accountability for pipeline outcomes.
• 6-10 years of experience in B2B marketing with an emphasis on growth marketing, demand generation, or acquisition strategy.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline for subscription, SaaS, or information services companies.
• Experience overseeing the entire acquisition funnel from market engagement to opportunity creation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
• Strong expertise in utilizing CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Pardot preferred).
• Experience collaborating closely with commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives.
