This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership and lead the comprehensive growth strategy encompassing acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and retention.
• Integrate paid media, eCommerce, and customer relationship management (CRM) into a unified system.
• Identify and prioritize the most impactful growth levers throughout the funnel.
• Develop and implement structured frameworks for experimentation.
• Enhance key metrics including conversion rates, average order value (AOV), retention, and lifetime value (LTV).
• Manage growth forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility across the funnel.
• Convert data into clear and actionable growth initiatives.
• Detect bottlenecks within the customer journey and eliminate them.
• Align cross-functional teams around common growth objectives.
• Foster a culture of testing, iteration, and continuous improvement.
• Review performance metrics across acquisition, site engagement, and lifecycle stages.
• Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities throughout the funnel.
• Conduct structured testing across creative assets, landing pages, and retention strategies.
• Collaborate closely with eCommerce and CRM teams to enhance conversion rates and LTV.
• Lead weekly performance reporting and reviews with leadership.
• Oversee the execution of multiple growth initiatives concurrently.
• Demonstrated experience in scaling growth within a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or eCommerce business.
• In-depth understanding of full-funnel growth strategies, from acquisition to retention.
• Experience in performance marketing, CRO, and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in building or working within experimentation frameworks.
• Solid commercial knowledge of customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rate (CVR), and average order value (AOV).
• Proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work effectively across various functions, including marketing, product, and operations.
• Proficiency in English (German language skills are a significant advantage).
