This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance our services, tackle internal challenges, and propel our growth offerings.
• Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies for major clients, encompassing User Acquisition and App Store Optimization, as well as new market entries, while improving internal frameworks.
• Cultivate and maintain enduring client relationships founded on a thorough understanding of their business objectives and the wider mobile gaming landscape.
• Guide, mentor, and support the Growth Team by establishing clear expectations for their output while assisting colleagues in enhancing their skills.
• Incorporate AI-based tools and solutions into the team's processes and investigate how emerging technologies can improve client deliverables and internal operations.
• You possess a comprehensive and varied background in the mobile marketing sector, with a primary focus on User Acquisition and hands-on experience in mobile gaming.
• You think beyond User Acquisition, demonstrating a robust understanding of the entire growth stack (including ASO, Creative, and Analytics) and how these areas interconnect to achieve results.
• You excel at uncovering insights from data.
• You are proficient in marketing analytics platforms (such as MMPs) and can translate data into a precise, actionable strategy.
• You are adept at operating at both campaign and strategic levels, whether collaborating with senior clients, guiding your team, or leading internal discussions on enhancing our processes and services.
• You are a natural communicator, capable of building trust with senior clients and motivating your internal team.
• You have experience in leading, mentoring, or developing others, and you understand how to elevate the quality of work without diminishing the team's ownership.
• High-Level Strategy: Serve as a key strategic advisor to leading gaming studios, shaping their global marketing strategies.
• Real Ownership: Steer the Growth Team and influence how AppAgent develops, adapts, and delivers its Growth services.
