This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in business development, capture, or commercial roles within the defense, aerospace, or complex technology industries.

• Proven ability as both a strategic leader and a hands-on operator, with experience in driving capture and customer engagement while offering country-level leadership.

• Previous industry or military experience is crucial.

• Strong understanding of the Polish defense customer base, regulatory landscape, and government engagement processes, along with comprehensive knowledge of Polish legal frameworks related to defense and technology projects.

• Proficiency in both Polish and English (written and verbal) is essential.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

• Willingness to travel 50-75% within Poland and internationally (including to the US) as needed.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain work authorization in Poland.
