Head of Go-to-Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the narrative, positioning, and competitive differentiation that clearly illustrates why Bloom surpasses incumbent solutions and the broader women's health market.

• Create and manage a small team of solution specialists who collaborate with sales representatives across various segments.

• Systematically explore the market, both in the US and globally, to identify accounts, RFPs, renewal signals, and segment opportunities that may otherwise be overlooked.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current or recent experience in a Head-level GTM leadership role, or a Director/VP position closely aligned with a Head of GTM responsibility.

• Proven track record of ownership in all three areas: product marketing/positioning, GTM strategy, and sales/field/revenue enablement.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions with sales and customer success, rather than solely with corporate marketing.

• **Strong Signal Backgrounds**

• Currently employed at or recently transitioned from a high-quality B2B software or SaaS company with effective product and sales strategies.

• Experience in crafting competitive displacement narratives that have significantly improved win rates.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools for comprehensive market canvassing and opportunity identification at scale.

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or employer benefits is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Background in multi-solution or multi-segment GTM strategies.
