
Head of Global Tech Renewals β Go to Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Renewals Managers and Team Leads, cultivating a culture of high performance, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Supervise the entire renewal lifecycle, including contract and entitlement review, quote preparation, customer negotiation, and final agreement and booking within our Order Management System (OOS), Salesforce (SFDC), and CPQ.
β’ Enhance retention rates and safeguard ARR by developing and implementing strategies aimed at maximizing pricing (including enforcing indexation) and securing long-term agreements.
β’ Serve as the strategic connector between the Renewals team and Account Managers (AMs), Legal, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Fulfilment.
β’ Act as the senior escalation point for intricate customer negotiations, commercial adjustments, and at-risk renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and reduced churn.
β’ Lead and advocate for initiatives that streamline renewals workflows. Collaborate with Growth Tech and IT teams to promote essential system integrations, implement AI-powered contract risk intelligence, and automate quoting and assignment processes.
β’ Over 10 years of progressive experience in renewals, customer success, or leadership within commercial sales operations.
β’ More than 7 years of experience in managing, coaching, and scaling diverse, globally distributed teams.
β’ Proven track record in safeguarding ARR, negotiating complex enterprise software contracts, and executing renewal strategies at scale.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of SaaS subscription models, entitlement structures, and quoting/invoicing workflows.
β’ Proficient in CRM systems (with a strong preference for Salesforce) and intricate Order Management Systems.
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Finance) at all levels, including executive leadership.
β’ Demonstrated capability to negotiate with high-level procurement and senior purchasing officials.
β’ Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting activities, along with experience in annual budget planning and revenue target management.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for trend identification, accurate forecasting, and proactive business decision-making.
β’ Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
