📋 Description

• Formulate our field and executive marketing strategy.

• Establish the approach for utilizing high-touch experiences to enhance awareness, generate pipeline, foster customer engagement, and drive enterprise growth.

• Curate an effective portfolio of first-party programs, executive engagement initiatives, account-based experiences, community projects, and strategic third-party investments.

• Make informed investment choices grounded in business impact, audience alignment, and strategic priorities rather than tradition or industry norms.

• Ensure that each program is anchored by a clear business objective and measurable criteria for success.

• Cultivate enterprise-level relationships.

• Collaborate closely with Sales to create account-based marketing initiatives that facilitate meaningful engagement with enterprise prospects and buying committees.

• Design executive engagement strategies that enhance relationships with senior leaders in Revenue, Sales, and RevOps.

• Develop high-touch experiences that foster trust, expedite buying decisions, and strengthen long-term customer connections.

• Craft memorable brand experiences.

• Create premium experiences that embody the quality and aspirations of the Nooks brand.

• Design immersive executive gatherings, customer experiences, hospitality programs, and standout moments that leave a lasting impression on attendees.

• Elevate the creative standards for how Nooks connects customers, prospects, partners, and industry leaders.

• Expand our customer community.

• Enhance engagement with our dedicated SDR community while generating new opportunities to interact with enterprise decision-makers.

• Envision a flagship annual Nooks customer conference or executive summit that becomes an essential event for the industry.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Community Marketing to bolster advocacy, customer engagement, and peer-to-peer connections.

• Drive measurable business results.

• Work closely with Demand Generation and Sales to develop initiatives that create new pipeline, expedite active opportunities, and support customer expansion.

• Create measurement frameworks to assess success across awareness, pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, executive engagement, customer expansion, and community growth.

• Continuously refine our portfolio based on performance, customer feedback, and shifting business priorities.

• Establish a strong foundation.

• Lead and mentor a developing Field & Executive Marketing team.

• Build the operating model, planning processes, agency partnerships, and playbooks that enable scalability of the function.

• Experiment with innovative formats, technologies, and engagement strategies to differentiate Nooks in the marketplace.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Field Marketing, Executive Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, Strategic Events, or related B2B growth marketing positions.

• Demonstrated ability to create field marketing strategies that yield measurable business results, rather than merely executing events.

• Strong grasp of enterprise buying processes and how in-person engagements can foster trust, influence buying committees, and accelerate revenue.

• Experience in close collaboration with Sales on account-based marketing and executive engagement strategies.

• Exceptional taste and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a passion for delivering premium customer and executive experiences.

• Strong business insight with the capacity to make informed investment decisions that align programs with measurable business outcomes.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

• Excellent operational and project management abilities, with the capability to oversee multiple complex programs concurrently.

• A creative innovator who enjoys crafting new playbooks, testing fresh ideas, and continuously elevating standards.
