This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement the marketing strategy for the North America segment, ensuring alignment with global marketing priorities and regional business goals.
• Facilitate the local execution of global campaigns through field events, webinars, paid media, account-based marketing, and digital initiatives.
• Take responsibility for regional marketing performance, focusing on pipeline sourcing and influence, while optimizing programs based on business results.
• Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts support pipeline generation and revenue objectives.
• Work with Marketing Operations to establish reporting, dashboards, and insights that assess campaign effectiveness and enhance decision-making.
• Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, including executive roundtables, partner gatherings, industry conferences, and customer programs, in conjunction with the global events team for flagship occasions.
• Guide and develop a team of segment marketers, nurturing strong cross-functional relationships and continuously enhancing marketing processes, programs, and operational methods.
• Over 7 years of experience in regional marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS context.
• At least 3 years of experience in leading, managing, or mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing programs that generate and accelerate pipeline across North America.
• Experience in marketing to enterprise organizations in sectors such as banking, retail, consumer products, or software.
• Strong grasp of demand generation, account-based marketing, pipeline acceleration, and the alignment between marketing and sales.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, or similar platforms for executing and measuring campaigns.
• Exceptional collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication abilities, with a talent for influencing cross-functional teams and driving change in a dynamic environment.
