📋 Description

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Spearhead and define the comprehensive global marketing strategy encompassing brand, demand generation, product marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, and marketing operations.

• Demand Generation & Scale: Develop and enhance a data-driven demand generation framework, leveraging advanced account-based marketing (ABM), multi-channel orchestration, intent data, predictive insights, and intelligent personalization to create a reliable pipeline for our sales enterprise teams.

• Product Marketing & Positioning: Direct product marketing efforts to effectively articulate our technical value proposition and the functionalities of the LeoAI Engine™ to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and QA leaders.

• Brand & Category Leadership: Cultivate global brand recognition and position Testlio as the leading authority in crowdsourced software testing and automated pipeline solutions within a competitive environment.

• Team Orchestration & Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and strategically expand a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of metric accountability, AI-driven productivity, and continuous operational improvement.

• Sales Alignment & Revenue Operations: Collaborate with sales and revenue operations to establish seamless tracking, lead scoring, and optimized attribution frameworks across all acquisition channels.

• Executive & Financial Reporting: Manage the global marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and providing data-driven growth forecasts directly to the executive board.


⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of advanced marketing experience in B2B SaaS, DevOps, or technical software sectors, including leadership roles.

• Demonstrated success in scaling an investor-backed, B2B software company from over $40M ARR to $100M+ ARR.

• Expert understanding of enterprise pipeline mechanics, account-based marketing models, and sales-marketing conversion processes.

• Hands-on experience with advanced marketing technology stacks, attribution software, intent data platforms, and AI-driven tools that enhance segmentation, personalization, content production, campaign optimization, and revenue visibility (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, or Bombora).

• Proven capability to integrate AI into marketing workflows to enhance content velocity, campaign testing, customer insight generation, audience segmentation, personalization, reporting, and team efficiency.

• Practical experience with software delivery methods, continuous integration pipelines (CI/CD), or contemporary software testing environments.

• Extensive expertise in managing multimillion-dollar budgets, projecting customer lifetime value (LTV), and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC).
