This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy directly linked to pipeline growth, new client acquisition, expansion opportunities, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) enhancement.
• Create integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, which include targeted account lists, email and LinkedIn sequences, and prospecting cadences that yield qualified opportunities from law firms and legal decision-makers.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership on targeting strategies, follow-ups, and campaign-to-close performance, while aligning on a common set of metrics and definitions (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and win rates).
• Oversee brand, social media, and content strategy, including management of LinkedIn and ensuring a consistent content output across case studies, webinars, emails, and thought leadership pieces.
• Direct creative and design projects, such as presentations, landing pages, and campaign assets, maintaining a high standard of visual quality using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Establish a structured marketing calendar, and manage CRM segmentation, campaign automation, and reporting that effectively demonstrates marketing’s contribution to pipeline and MRR.
• Remain at the forefront of emerging marketing technologies and platforms, including AI tools, and leverage them to enhance results.
• Over 7 years of progressive marketing experience with a focus on both strategy and execution, preferably in B2B sectors, agencies, or professional services; experience marketing to legal buyers is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in marketing digital services such as SEO, paid media, website strategy, or AI-driven search optimization.
• Experience in creating and managing outbound programs, including targeted account lists and cold email or LinkedIn sequences, alongside inbound demand generation efforts.
• Comfortable with defining and monitoring shared marketing and sales metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, win rates) in collaboration with sales leadership.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong design sensibility and practical experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
• Inquisitive and agile in adopting emerging marketing technologies and platforms, including AI tools, with a commitment to turning them into measurable results.
