This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of developing the marketing sub-function at Velsera.
• Establish and advocate for Velsera's corporate brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing channels and stakeholder interactions.
• Identify and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels—including digital, email, social media, events, and content marketing—to promote Velsera's products and services to targeted audiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to manage contacts and nurture leads.
• Thoroughly vet leads, advancing qualified prospects to the Sales team.
• Empower the sales team further and enhance the collaboration between marketing and sales.
• Determine the appropriate industry tradeshows and thought leadership forums for Velsera's participation, and take the lead on planning and executing these events in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• In conjunction with subject matter experts, create white papers, case studies, and thought leadership materials to drive lead generation and demand for Velsera's solutions.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or scientific software.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing a marketing or other commercial team.
• Proven experience in marketing specifically for lead generation within a B2B environment is essential.
• Required experience in planning and executing corporate marketing events, tradeshows, and industry conferences, including vendor relationships, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Required experience in developing white papers, thought leadership content, and demand generation materials, along with project management in coordination with subject matter experts.
