This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and implement Higgsfield's go-to-market strategy for the entertainment sector.
• Identify, prioritize, and engage key segments within the entertainment industry, including film, television, streaming, sports, gaming, music, the creator economy, and digital media.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with decision-makers across studios, broadcasters, production companies, agencies, talent organizations, and major creator businesses.
• Design and execute strategic account plans for prominent entertainment clients.
• Negotiate and finalize intricate commercial partnerships and enterprise agreements.
• Act as the primary owner of revenue initiatives related to entertainment across the organization.
• Coordinate activities among Asia-based Growth, B2B, and Business Development teams and U.S.-based commercial teams.
• Establish operational cadences, conduct pipeline reviews, forecast processes, and set success metrics.
• Ensure smooth transitions between growth, partnerships, sales, customer success, and product teams.
• Develop scalable processes for customer acquisition, expansion, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Leadership teams to guide roadmap priorities.
• Convert customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
• Spot emerging market opportunities and competitive threats.
• Assist in defining Higgsfield's positioning within the entertainment ecosystem.
• Represent Higgsfield at significant industry events, conferences, festivals, and executive forums.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry influencers and decision-makers.
• Help establish Higgsfield as the premier AI video platform for entertainment organizations.
• Contribute to thought leadership, speaking opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, business development, strategy, or go-to-market leadership.
• Extensive experience working directly within or selling to the entertainment sector.
• Proven track record of securing large enterprise deals and strategic partnerships.
• Background in selling creator technology, media technology, or content production solutions, along with identifying tailored GTM strategies at the intersection of technology and entertainment.
• Strong understanding of entertainment business models and content production workflows.
• Experience with a leading entertainment company, media organization, talent agency, creator platform, consulting firm, private equity firm, venture-backed technology firm, or AI company.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects across multiple teams or regions.
• Established network within studios, streaming services, production companies, agencies, and creator businesses.
