This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Facilitate product training sessions for the Siena team, ensuring that each release is accompanied by a session, documentation, and a demonstration that leaves a lasting impression.
• Conduct customer workshops and regular product sessions, focusing on one use case at a time to achieve genuine depth and tangible results.
• Develop a customer onboarding pathway that transitions from signed contracts to the realization of first value, ensuring a consistent experience across all segments.
• Onboard all new hires through your program, allowing them to become productive more quickly.
• Create a demo library that includes live, recorded, vertical-specific, and persona-specific content for sales teams and customer education.
• Establish Siena Academy, which encompasses curriculum design, certifications, and learning paths for internal and external audiences, providing credentials that validate proficiency in Siena.
• Cultivate the Siena community by organizing recurring events, spaces, and rituals where customers, partners, and operators come together to learn from one another and from us.
• Promote market education through open courses, public content, and frameworks that others can adopt, positioning the Academy as the leading resource in CX AI.
• Equip the sales team with demos, narratives, and product positioning materials, including demo scripts and vertical storylines that drive deal closures.
• Develop AI systems that support scalability for all initiatives mentioned above, training agents to educate effectively, with your judgment serving as the final quality control.
• Deep understanding of AI products, demonstrating fluency in using, breaking down, and teaching Siena.
• Outstanding teaching abilities, simplifying complex concepts and transforming a use case into a concise 30-minute session that leaves participants informed.
• Skilled storyteller and communicator, adept at writing, presenting, and converting intricate product details into clear narratives for workshops, certifications, and content.
• Proven community builder, capable of rallying people around shared interests and creating environments where customers, partners, and operators are eager to engage and participate.
• AI-native with experience in building agents and systems, having previously replaced workflows with AI solutions.
• A proactive builder who has successfully launched initiatives from scratch, such as curriculums, programs, academies, or communities, and can operate independently without explicit instructions.
• Enthusiastic about consumer brands, with experience serving notable companies such as Spanx, Allbirds, FIGS, HexClad, Brooklinen, Coterie, Grüns, Kitsch, and many more.
• Strong filters based on the following criteria:
• Product-fluent, capable of demonstrating, dissecting, and teaching Siena at a deep level.
• Exceptional teaching and storytelling skills, having effectively translated complex products into teachable and memorable experiences.
• AI-native, with a track record of building solutions using AI rather than merely applying it.
• A builder with experience in launching initiatives from inception.
