Head of Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the comprehensive product design experience while spearheading a senior design function that transforms the creation of impactful, AI-driven educational products.

• Shape and influence the product vision, strategy, and cross-functional decision-making, ensuring that design is a fundamental element in the development of products in the era of AI.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior product designers, establishing a high-performing design function that elevates quality and impact.

• Collaborate closely with leadership in Product, Technology, and Pedagogy to define solutions and set priorities, ensuring a strong alignment between user needs, business objectives, and learning outcomes.

• Develop and refine scalable design practices and AI-enabled workflows, enhancing team efficiency, speed, and product quality.

• Oversee the overall design quality and user experience, concentrating efforts on the highest-impact opportunities while establishing metrics for UX measurement and providing hands-on support when necessary.
