This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the complete pipeline function — encompassing strategy, execution, and the team that supports it.
• Supervise two existing team members.
• Establish pipeline and MQL objectives.
• Formulate a comprehensive funnel strategy that spans paid media, email, lifecycle, and campaigns.
• Allocate budget effectively and report on performance metrics.
• Oversee and nurture a two-person demand generation team.
• Ensure synergy with sales regarding lead quality, transitions, and follow-up processes.
• 6–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
• Minimum of 2 years in a management role.
• Proficient in managing paid performance and associated systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data.
• Experience with PLG or a product-led plus sales hybrid approach is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or a similar platform.
• Demonstrates high ownership and tenacity.
• Excellent written communication skills.
