This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of paid, organic, website, and conversion channels.
• Convert growth objectives into actionable priorities and strategic roadmaps.
• Provide a consistent marketing-sourced pipeline while balancing both short-term and long-term growth.
• Oversee website structure, messaging, user experience (UX), landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to ensure distinct and clear positioning.
• Maintain clarity, credibility, and performance across all touchpoints.
• Lead paid acquisition strategies with a budget exceeding €2M, aligned with revenue objectives.
• Focus on pipeline and revenue impact while ensuring strong attribution visibility.
• Develop scalable SEO/GEO and intent-driven content clusters to enhance authority and long-term pipeline growth.
• Direct revenue-oriented content that aligns with the buyer journey and enterprise sales.
• Ensure digital design promotes differentiation, clarity, and conversion.
• Take ownership of marketing-sourced pipeline targets and key revenue KPIs.
• Formulate quarterly growth plans and identify strategies to alleviate funnel bottlenecks.
• Lead teams focused on paid media, content, web, and design.
• Establish scalable processes and frameworks for experimentation.
• Work closely with PMM, Revenue, and Leadership teams.
• Minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS digital growth, including over 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in pipeline growth and management of budgets exceeding €2M.
• Strong proficiency in paid media, CRO, and SEO/GEO strategies.
• Possess editorial judgment, an understanding of digital design, and awareness of enterprise sales dynamics.
• Analytical mindset with a commercial focus.
• Practical experience with AI agents and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude, other LLM-based tools), preferably with a background in designing or implementing systems that automate marketing processes end-to-end rather than merely using AI tools for personal tasks.
• Experience with SaaS companies generating between €20M and €100M in ARR.
• Exposure to international SaaS markets.
• Ability to collaborate closely with PMM and Commercial teams.
