This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of both sales and marketing functions for the organization.
• Manage the sales process from the initial conversation to the signed agreement.
• Conduct all introductory and discovery calls with incoming prospects.
• Oversee the entire pipeline from initial contact to closure.
• Address objections, conduct follow-ups, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
• Lead and manage internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Formulate and implement a broader marketing strategy that includes content development, brand positioning, and demand generation.
• Enhance the company’s brand to attract larger and more established clients.
• Create or oversee the production of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.
• Evaluate how advertising contributes to a larger growth strategy.
• A minimum of 3 years of B2B closing experience (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).
• Proven history of achieving $125,000 or more in total compensation in a previous position, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.
• Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of around 2 to 6 weeks targeting SMB or mid-market clients.
• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or a robust understanding of direct response and digital marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting functionalities.
• Comfortable functioning as an individual contributor across both sales and marketing domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Located in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• An $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission (with an estimated OTE of approximately $150,000).
