This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline metrics for both self-serve and direct sales strategies.
• Work backwards from bookings objectives to identify the necessary volume of MQLs, SQLs, and opportunities.
• Design and execute multi-channel DemandGen campaigns, including paid digital (Google, LinkedIn), email nurturing, content syndication, webinars, and more.
• Implement campaigns directly rather than only planning them.
• Oversee and enhance the marketing tech stack, ensuring it remains streamlined and effective.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track generated pipeline, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
• Collaborate regularly with sales teams and BDRs.
• Work alongside content and product marketing to ensure campaigns align with Bitrise's positioning.
• Conduct ongoing experiments on subject lines, landing pages, channel combinations, and messaging strategies.
• Document playbooks, campaign templates, and processes to support scalability.
• Lead a team of 3 Marketing Managers.
• 7+ years of experience in demand generation within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Proven experience in building or revitalizing a DemandGen engine.
• Demonstrated success in managing pipeline metrics and achieving targets.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation (preferably HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in reverse funnel analysis.
• Experience targeting developer marketing or technical buyers.
• Background in a hybrid PLG and sales-led operational environment.
• Extensive knowledge of paid digital strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn), ABM, and content syndication.
• Exceptional project management skills.
