This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's or PhD in a relevant STEM discipline is preferred, although outstanding Bachelor's candidates will be considered.

• Between 7 to 15 years of experience in practical machine learning or data science.

• Over 4 years of experience leading data science or machine learning teams within high-growth startups.

• Demonstrated success in addressing complex and high-profile business challenges using data science or machine learning solutions.

• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python.

• Relevant experience in domains such as fraud, identity verification, or financial risk.

• Proficiency in updating senior management and stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
