This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Build and lead high-performing consulting and implementation teams.
• Develop capabilities to provide scalable, high-impact IOP solutions.
• Shape effective working methodologies and facilitate organizational growth.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of IOP, including PoCs, pilots, and global rollouts.
• Convert customer processes into scalable solution designs.
• Ensure measurable outcomes by establishing clear KPIs and success criteria.
• Integrate IOP into customer IT architectures, such as MES, ERP, LIMS, data platforms, and AI.
• Drive the transition from pilot projects to multi-site and global programs.
• Collaborate with Sales on strategic accounts and pre-sales initiatives.
• Achieve ARR growth, service revenue, and substantial customer value.
• Promote user adoption, value realization, and high renewal rates.
• Maintain the highest renewal rates by ensuring customer value and addressing risks proactively.
• Ensure technically proficient and scalable implementations.
• Cultivate strong collaboration with Development and DevOps teams.
• Propel continuous improvement, innovation, and operational stability.
• Over 7 years of experience in Pharma Operational Excellence or digitalization within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Documented experience in leading software PoCs and pilots within corporate or global programs.
• Leadership experience in building, developing, and transforming teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to effectively partner with Sales and drive growth.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
• Structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach with a high degree of ownership.
• Adaptable and resilient in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to travel and collaborate with international customers and teams.
• Proficient in both English and German.
