This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of the CRO strategy and its implementation across paid traffic funnels within a DTC context.
• Identify the most significant bottlenecks from ad click through to purchase.
• Develop and refine prelanders, advertorials, product detail pages (PDPs), offer pages, cart flows, and checkout experiences.
• Conduct impactful tests on pricing, offers, bundles, discounts, gifts, subscriptions, and upsells.
• Determine the root cause before taking action by differentiating between traffic, page, offer, checkout, and tracking issues.
• Create safe, high-signal tests with well-defined hypotheses, decision-making rules, and criteria for termination.
• Perform quality assurance on production changes prior to large-scale implementation.
• Collaborate closely with founders, marketers, designers, developers, and operators to transform ideas into quantifiable successes.
• Establish systems for experimentation, documentation, quality assurance, naming conventions, result tracking, and postmortems.
• Leverage data, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer behavior insights to generate clear, actionable recommendations.
• Possess substantial hands-on CRO experience with paid traffic, ideally in DTC ecommerce.
• Provide concrete examples of successful work involving prelanders, advertorials, PDPs, pricing tests, offer tests, cart or checkout tests, and upsell flows.
• Have a deep understanding of performance marketing, particularly how traffic quality, creative angle, landing experience, and offer structure interrelate.
• Be able to articulate not just the changes made, but also the rationale, testing methodology, and subsequent impact.
• Be comfortable managing both the strategic aspects and execution details.
• Exhibit a strong systems-oriented mindset and naturally transform repetitive tasks into templates, checklists, SOPs, and reusable frameworks.
• Be highly analytical and enthusiastic about heatmaps, session recordings, funnel data, and complex real-world performance signals.
• Show curiosity about agentic coding and be adept with technical tools that enhance research, iteration, and execution.
• Know how to collaborate effectively with development, design, media buying, and leadership teams without causing unnecessary delays.
• Demonstrate proof of exceptional UX/UI sensibility.
• Comfortable working in an environment that utilizes Shopify.
• Access to paid traffic performance data.
• Utilization of heatmaps.
• Analytics and attribution tools.
• AI and agentic coding workflows that enhance speed and leverage.
