Head of Creative Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and iterate on advertising creative concepts that meet essential KPIs for various products.

• Enhance and streamline the creative production process in close cooperation with User Acquisition Managers.

• Oversee and expand the Creative Marketing team, which includes Designers and the Creative Marketing Lead.

• Organize and manage team workflows to guarantee prompt and effective delivery.

• Monitor and report on the performance of creative assets and team members.

• Establish and uphold efficient creative marketing procedures.

• Formulate and refine a testing methodology for advertising creatives to enhance performance and scalability.

• Inspire the team through regular meetings, constructive feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the Creative Marketing Department.

• Basic knowledge of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing.

• Demonstrated experience in generating and developing innovative creative concepts.

• Strong skills in managing workloads and meeting deadlines.

• Practical experience with creative testing methodologies.

• Excellent leadership capabilities and team motivation skills.

• Strategic mindset focused on achieving product KPIs.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in English at a B2+ level.

• Team-oriented attitude paired with strong communication abilities.
