This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the entire pipeline for CSR partnerships, from identification to execution and evaluation of impact.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CSR Directors and senior stakeholders from prominent corporations and NGOs.
• Oversee the complete negotiation process and drafting of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements.
• Identify, assess, and onboard high-impact corporate and institutional partners that align with the organization’s objectives.
• Create and execute joint CSR initiatives that yield measurable social impact and enhance brand value.
• Work in collaboration with internal teams to ensure objectives, timelines, and reporting frameworks are aligned.
• Track and report on partnership performance, impact metrics, and return on investment (ROI) to senior leadership.
• Act as the organization’s representative at industry forums, CSR summits, and strategic networking events.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate CSR or large-scale NGO partnership management at organizations such as CII, NASSCOM, Tata Foundation, Infosys Foundation, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in managing senior-level relationships and leading complex MoU negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of CSR frameworks, ESG principles, and methodologies for measuring impact.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple partnerships concurrently with an emphasis on long-term value creation.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting platforms.
• Experience in drafting and managing legal and operational agreements.
• Fixed salary of ₹50,000 per month.
• Team Incentive Pool: 1% of successfully secured CSR funding distributed among contributing team members.
