β€’ Ecosystem Networking: Attract prominent speakers, strategic collaborators, and co-hosts from the developer infrastructure sector to ensure that each event delivers considerable technical value.

β€’ Digital Community Management: Develop, expand, and invigorate the online community platform (Slack) through genuine engagement, steering clear of corporate-sounding or spammy communication styles.

β€’ Execution Strategy: Demonstrated success in organizing developer-centric events from beginning to end and effectively converting community interest into measurable sales pipeline.

β€’ Operational Mindset: A resourceful, self-motivated operator who excels in hands-on execution instead of relying on large corporate budgets and extensive managerial frameworks.

β€’ Location & Travel: Residing in the United States with the capability to travel to San Francisco every two months for events (living in the San Francisco Bay Area is strongly preferred).

🏝️ Benefits

β€’ Compensation: $110,000 to $170,000 base salary.

β€’ Equity: Highly competitive early-stage equity package.

β€’ Work Flexibility: Remote-first operating model within the US.

β€’ Travel Coverage: Dedicated travel budget allocated for regular San Francisco events and meetups.

β€’ Impact: A unique opportunity to become part of a foundational team as an early employee, providing substantial ownership and direct collaboration with the founder.
