This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of the revenue target for both new business initiatives and expansion efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Director of Sales alongside the wider sales team.
• Enhance the sales process and pipeline discipline, incorporating our Sandler-based methodology, improving forecasting accuracy, stage conversion, and representative ramp-up.
• Elevate funnel conversion rates while safeguarding unit economics; maintaining CAC efficiency is a primary metric rather than an afterthought.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of the full acquisition funnel, from lead generation to final revenue closure, pinpointing and addressing conversion bottlenecks at various stages.
• Continuously drive improvements in commercial performance through data-backed enhancements in sales execution and funnel efficiency.
• Oversee demand generation from start to finish, ensuring close alignment with sales for seamless top-of-funnel operations and conversion processes.
• Manage paid, organic/SEO, lifecycle, and content channels, maintaining a sharp focus on CAC, payback, and revenue quality.
• Develop reporting mechanisms that link marketing expenditure to pipeline and closed revenue, defending every dollar spent.
• Lead the evaluation of marketing activities through metrics like CAC, ROAS/ROMI, and conversion to enhance acquisition efficiency.
• Identify and address capability gaps in marketing execution through hiring, tools, or external expertise as necessary.
• Maintain ongoing relationship management for the current partner portfolio, which includes regular check-ins, coordination, inbound partnership interest, and light coalition participation.
• Ensure partner relationships are warm, organized, and well-documented.
• Collaborate with founders on opportunities that may need strategic positioning, regulatory sensitivity, or founder-level connections.
• Serve as the executive owner for key high-impact partners, including presenting, maintaining engagement, and ensuring retention of significant revenue-generating relationships.
• Engage in closing and managing partnership opportunities while supporting the gradual expansion of the partner ecosystem.
• Create scalable processes for partnership management as the portfolio increases.
• Establish a commercial operating rhythm, including weekly pipeline reviews, monthly business reviews, and clean dashboards.
• Communicate effectively about commercial strategy and performance metrics with internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing commercial team in a lean, high-ownership setting.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align sales, marketing, and partnership strategies with overall company goals.
• Identify organizational and operational gaps and implement scalable enhancements across commercial functions.
• Contribute to building scalable revenue operations infrastructure, including forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking systems.
• First 90 Days: Achieve full proficiency in NPC’s product, ICP, funnel, and key metrics such as ARR, take rate, collection rate, CAC, and active customers.
• First 90 Days: Establish a reliable weekly forecast and a clear view of pipeline health.
• First 90 Days: Map the existing partner portfolio and assume steady-state relationship management.
• First 6-12 Months: Attain predictable, well-forecasted revenue growth with healthy CAC and improving payback.
• First 6-12 Months: Develop a documented, repeatable sales process that endures through representative turnover.
• First 6-12 Months: Ensure marketing and sales operate as a unified, accountable motion with shared metrics.
• First 6-12 Months: Create a commercial dashboard that leadership can trust without manual cleanup.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial leadership, with a background in both sales and marketing; a CRO, VP Commercial, or VP Sales & Marketing background is preferred.
• Proven history of scaling revenue in B2B SaaS; experience in marketplaces and/or healthcare is highly advantageous.
• Deep understanding of funnel economics - including CAC, payback, conversion, and forecast accuracy - beyond just bookings.
• Strong people leader capable of managing an existing director while building a more robust team around them.
• Process-oriented and systems-minded; you create repeatable revenue through operational discipline.
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced, high-ownership company environment.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, with strong collaboration skills for cross-time-zone engagement with a US-based founding team.
• Strong preference for marketing-led commercial leadership with practical experience in performance marketing and acquisition.
• Experience in developing or operating data-driven commercial systems (dashboards, attribution, reporting) in high-growth settings.
• Capability to manage the entire revenue funnel, directly linking acquisition activities to revenue outcomes.
• Experience managing strategic, high-value partnerships at an executive level.
• Strong aptitude for identifying and resolving organizational and process gaps when scaling teams.
• Comfortable navigating fast-scaling SaaS environments where systems and processes are still maturing.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Sandler or a similar sales methodology.
