📋 Description

• Take ownership of the GTM data model, ensuring uniform definitions, clean data, and a centralized source of truth for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

• Create and uphold dashboards and reporting systems that provide GTM leadership with real-time insights into pipeline, conversion, retention, expansion, and team performance.

• Collaborate with Finance to synchronize revenue reporting and forecasting methodologies.

• Set and uphold data hygiene standards across all GTM systems, implementing accountability frameworks to maintain them.

• Manage the GTM technology stack, which includes CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation tools, customer success platforms, and related technologies.

• Assess, implement, and enhance tools that boost team efficiency and data quality.

• Act as the main contact between GTM and IT/Engineering for system integrations and improvements.

• Ensure that tool selection supports the entire customer journey—from initial inquiry to long-term retention.

• Define, document, and continuously refine key GTM processes, including lead management, pipeline governance, handoff protocols, renewal workflows, and more.

• Develop the operational framework that enables GTM teams to expand without proportional increases in headcount.

• Identify friction points throughout the customer journey and lead cross-functional initiatives to address them.

• Oversee deactivation procedures, ensuring customer offboarding is conducted meticulously, with proper documentation and minimal revenue loss.

• Establish and lead the enablement function for all GTM teams—Sales, Customer Success, Implementations, and Contact Center.

• Create onboarding programs, continuous training, and role-specific playbooks that enhance ramp-up speed and ensure consistency.

• Work with Product and Marketing to ensure field teams are well-equipped to communicate new features, positioning adjustments, and competitive updates effectively.

• Develop a feedback loop between field teams and Product/Marketing to ensure that customer and prospect insights influence the roadmap and messaging.

• Design the reporting schedule that supports weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews for GTM leadership.

• Build and maintain the commitment log and accountability system for the GTM leadership team.

• Provide the CCO and GTM leaders with the necessary data and analysis to make informed and timely decisions.

• Create board and executive-ready reports on GTM performance across the entire customer journey.

• Manage the complete deactivation process for churned or offboarding customers.

• Ensure all deactivations are performed accurately, punctually, and with appropriate documentation.

• Collaborate with CS, Finance, and Legal to minimize risk and safeguard data integrity during the offboarding process.

• Detect patterns in deactivation data that reveal retention risk signals for the broader CS team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–12 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Enablement in a B2B SaaS context.

• Demonstrated history of building or significantly expanding an operations or enablement function.

• Experience managing a GTM tech stack including Salesforce CRM; familiarity with marketing automation (HubSpot or Marketo), customer success platforms, and intent data tools (6sense, Demandbase) is highly preferred.

• Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth setting is preferred.

• Background in senior living, healthcare technology, or vertical SaaS is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong analytical abilities—comfortable creating models, interpreting data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent process design instincts—able to identify inefficiencies and promptly devise solutions.

• Clear and confident communicator, capable of presenting data and recommendations to a CCO, CFO, or board audience.

• Naturally collaborative—success in this role requires influence rather than authority.

• High ownership mentality—proactively identifying what needs to be done and executing it without waiting for direction.

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently without sacrificing precision on any of them.
