This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new clinic partners throughout Germany, from initial identification to contract finalization.
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers (executive management, HR, chief physicians).
• Providing guidance to clinics on intricate topics (e.g., recognition of qualifications, integration).
• Aligning clinic requirements with qualified physicians from the candidate pool.
• Constructing and overseeing a scalable sales pipeline (including CRM and forecasting).
• Demonstrated sales experience in healthcare or related service industries.
• Strong hunter mentality with a focus on generating new business opportunities.
• Established network within the hospital or healthcare market, or the capability to develop one swiftly.
• Experience at a large recruitment/placement firm or managing revenue in the seven- to eight-figure range.
• High level of independence and an entrepreneurial mindset for developing new markets.
• Willingness to travel across Germany for regular on-site visits to clinics.
