This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of both sales and marketing for the organization.

• Conduct introductory and discovery calls with incoming prospects.

• Oversee the complete sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.

• Address objections, manage follow-ups, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

• Develop and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.

• Manage and execute internal Meta advertising campaigns.

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including content creation, brand positioning, and demand generation.

• Enhance the company's brand to attract larger and more established clients.

• Create or oversee the creation of marketing materials such as advertisements, landing pages, case studies, and social media content.

• Consider the brand's role within a broader growth strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B closing (not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification).

• Proven history of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation in a prior role, with a significant portion derived from commissions or performance-based incentives.

• Experience in selling professional services with a sales cycle of about 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market clients.

• Practical experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or solid understanding of direct response and digital marketing.

• Proficient in using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.

• Comfortable functioning as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing areas.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Residing in the United States and available during standard business hours.

• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.

• Base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commissions (OTE approximately $150,000).
