Head of Account Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing Account Management team, establishing clear structures, ownership, and career advancement opportunities.

• Own and implement the commercial strategy across various markets, fostering sustained revenue growth and enhancing partner performance.

• Strengthen and broaden relationships with key strategic partners, taking direct ownership of VIP accounts.

• Drive monetization improvements across Legend’s products by utilizing data, insights, and new capabilities.

• Implement and optimize systems and processes (including CRM) to enhance efficiency, reporting, and team productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the iGaming industry.

• Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record of negotiating and optimizing high-value deals.

• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing account management or commercial teams.

• Ability to define and implement market-level commercial strategies across multiple regions.

• Strong analytical mindset with the capability to utilize data for driving decisions and improving performance.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience in engaging and influencing senior (C-level) stakeholders.
