This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key clients globally.
• Oversee a portfolio of international operator and aggregator accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and sustainable turnover growth.
• Identify and explore new commercial opportunities within existing operator relationships.
• Create and sustain structured account plans, revenue projections, and quarterly growth objectives.
• Drive revenue in alignment with company forecasts.
• Evaluate product and partner performance (GGR, turnover, session KPIs, utilization metrics) to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and lead commercial proposals and contract renewals.
• Draft and negotiate commercial terms in accordance with company policies.
• Represent the company at events and industry conferences focused on the igaming sector.
• Prior experience as a senior partner manager, account manager, commercial manager, or affiliate manager within the iGaming sector is essential.
• Being based in one of the iGaming hubs in Europe or Asia is a significant advantage.
• A proven history of expanding an existing business portfolio and consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets.
• A strong passion for sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the capacity to foster trust and strong interpersonal connections.
• A solid understanding of ROI and an analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English are crucial (knowledge of an additional language is a plus).
• Must be presentable, willing to travel, and able to work outside standard office hours.
