Head Financial Officer – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain a comprehensive and precise record of the organization's finances.

• Authorize requisitions for the organization's funds.

• Compile annual financial budget request documents.

• Coordinate fundraising events to support Operation Twelve programs.

• Recommend and apply for scholarships, grants, and funding to enhance the organization's operations.

• Act as the legal financial representative for Operation Twelve Laboratories.

• Identify and seek out funding opportunities through grant applications, sponsorships, and other avenues to further the organization's mission and activities.

• Hold primary access to the bank and associated accounts.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and precision.

• Understanding of financial management principles and practices, including budgeting and accounting.

• Capability to prepare and present financial reports and analyses.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with others.

• Experience in fundraising and grant writing is preferred.

• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.

• Must be a student pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree.
