This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation and implementation of the Stelo HCP marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with brand positioning, portfolio priorities, and overall business objectives.

• Convert clinical and product value into clear, engaging, and compliant messaging for HCPs across various channels.

• Plan and execute HCP-targeted paid media campaigns (including programmatic, endemic, paid social, and paid search) in collaboration with the internal media lead and agency teams.

• Ensure a consistent delivery of brand and messaging across all HCP interactions, creating a personalized and compelling experience that drives action.

• Create and maintain HCP sales enablement resources, such as visual aids, brochures, presentations, digital assets, and field tools.

• Contribute to the development of content for the Stelo HCP website, email, and paid media, including ongoing optimization of provider pages, educational materials, and conversion pathways.

• Generate HCP leads through digital campaigns, email journeys, website forms, events, and affiliate programs.

• Act as a key marketing collaborator with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure the timely and compliant development and approval of HCP materials.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or regulated marketing.

• Proven experience in developing HCP marketing strategies across paid media, digital platforms, and sales enablement tools.

• Strong understanding of MLR processes and environments with regulatory oversight on promotions.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and execution abilities.
