HCM Staff Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the setup and execution of HCM solutions to meet client business needs.

• Provide support for both functional and technical project initiatives, encompassing requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Engage in system configuration, validation, and troubleshooting tasks.

• Create and maintain project documentation, including CDRLs, status updates, meeting notes, and technical records.

• Aid in project administration tasks such as tracking schedules, managing action items, monitoring risks, and coordinating deliverables.

• Help develop and implement test plans, test scripts, and user acceptance testing procedures.

• Take part in client meetings, workshops, and project evaluations.

• Collaborate with senior consultants, technical teams, and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Assist with data validation, quality assurance, and activities following deployment.

• Keep project artifacts and documentation repositories updated as per organizational and contractual standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.

• 1–3 years of experience in a functional, technical, business systems, or project support capacity.

• Basic knowledge of enterprise software applications, business processes, or Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
