This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• The HCM Sales Executive is tasked with establishing business relationships with prospective clients as well as existing customers, while generating new revenue streams for the company's Human Capital Management solutions platform.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects within a designated territory through self-initiated efforts, extensive networking, and business development sales initiatives.
• Profile and engage with current Asure clientele to uncover new revenue opportunities, enhancing the value provided to clients by broadening the scope of Asure solutions.
• Develop and sustain referral relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers to enhance market penetration.
• Create impactful presentations that effectively showcase the advantages of the proposed Asure solutions.
• Build and oversee a strong sales pipeline of new opportunities to meet or surpass assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to document and manage all sales and client service activities.
• Commit to ongoing learning to stay informed about industry trends, assess the competitive HCM landscape, and integrate new and emerging technologies, such as AI tools, into your sales strategy.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in selling payroll, HR, or related software and services is preferred.
• At least 3 years of consultative software sales experience is required.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in effectively managing multiple sales engagements.
• Demonstrated relationship-building and client service skills.
• Proven track record of managing a territory and achieving outstanding results.
• A proactive, results-driven, and collaborative approach to sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling platforms such as GoToMeeting, Webex, or similar tools.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License is required for eligibility.
