This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Accountable for establishing and nurturing business relationships with both potential clients and existing customers.
• Generating new revenue streams for the company's Human Capital Management solutions platform.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects within a designated territory through self-initiated efforts, extensive networking, and business development sales activities.
• Analyze and engage with current Asure clientele to develop new revenue streams, enhancing client value.
• Establish and maintain referral relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Design impactful presentations that effectively showcase the benefits of proposed Asure solutions.
• Develop and oversee a strong sales pipeline of new opportunities to meet or exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage all sales and client service-related activities.
• Commit to ongoing education to stay informed about industry trends and assess the competitive HCM landscape.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in selling payroll, HR, or related software and services is desirable.
• At least 3 years of consultative software sales experience is required.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in effectively managing multiple sales engagements.
• Demonstrated skills in relationship building and client service.
• Proven track record in managing a territory with outstanding results.
• A proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented approach to sales is essential.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other virtual sales tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex, or similar platforms.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License is required for eligibility for hire.
