
HCM Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• The HCM Sales Executive is tasked with establishing business relationships with both potential clients and existing customers, while generating new revenue opportunities for the company's Human Capital Management solutions.
• Identify and cultivate new prospects within a designated territory through self-driven efforts, extensive networking, and proactive business development sales activities.
• Analyze and engage with the current Asure clientele to foster new revenue opportunities, enhancing client value by broadening the Asure solution's scope.
• Develop and sustain referral relationships with CPAs, banks, financial advisors, and insurance brokers to deepen market penetration.
• Craft impactful presentations that effectively showcase the benefits of proposed Asure solutions.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline of new opportunities to meet or exceed assigned monthly and yearly sales quotas.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to document and oversee all sales and client service-related activities.
• Participate in ongoing learning to grasp industry trends, assess the competitive HCM landscape, and integrate new and emerging technologies, including AI tools, into your sales strategy.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in selling payroll, HR, or related software and services is preferred.
• At least 3 years of consultative software sales experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in managing several sales engagements effectively.
• Excellent relationship building and client service capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a territory and achieve outstanding results.
• A proactive, results-driven, and collaborative approach to sales.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools like GoToMeeting, Webex, or similar platforms.
• A valid U.S. Driver's License is required for employment eligibility.
