HCM Product Analyst – Workday, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Act as a Workday HCM Product Analyst, focusing on the Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules.

• Evaluate business requirements, design solutions, and enhance configurations throughout Workday modules.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and implement effective solutions.

• Configure, sustain, and improve Workday functionality to align with business goals.

• Prepare and oversee mass data updates and bulk data uploads.

• Work closely with Finance, Reporting, Integrations, and other departments.

• Lead and assist in testing, validation, and deployment activities for Workday system updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking, Absence, and/or Payroll.

• Previous experience with Workday Time, Absence, and/or Payroll tools and configuration is preferred.

• Experience in cross-functional team environments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with a reporting tool, such as Workday reporting or a similar system, is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
