This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
• Execute thorough audits of our existing Oracle HCM modules (encompassing Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, and Time & Labor) to document setups, configurations, and implemented functionalities.
• Detect gaps, underutilized features, and possible enhancements to boost HR operational efficiencies, such as automating workflows, integrating with third-party systems, or utilizing advanced analytics.
• Collaborate effectively with HR leaders and end-users to collect requirements, comprehend current challenges, and align future priorities for HCM system enhancements.
• Create and maintain a prioritized HCM roadmap, incorporating short-term quick wins and long-term strategic initiatives, complete with timelines, resource estimates, and ROI projections.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions utilizing Oracle HCM tools, including Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, AI Agents, and personalization/customization features.
• Conduct system configurations, integrations (e.g., via HDL, SOAP/REST APIs), and testing to ensure seamless functionality and data integrity.
• Offer continuous support, troubleshooting, and training to HR users on HCM features and best practices.
• Remain updated with Oracle HCM enhancements, releases, and industry trends to suggest proactive upgrades or innovations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure HCM systems align with broader enterprise systems.
• U.S. Citizenship or a Green Card-Permanent Residency is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and customization across various modules.
• A proven history in HCM Implementation & Support, with experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and roadmap development.
• Strong technical proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, HCM Data Loader (HDL), and integration tools such as OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Experience or expertise in Oracle AI Agents Studio for creating, deploying, and managing both out-of-the-box and custom AI Agents.
• Understanding of HR business processes and best practices in areas including talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, compensation, and the employee lifecycle.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on achieving efficiency gains through technology.
