HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional expertise across Workday HCM modules to support client engagements.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and empower clients in line with Three Link’s delivery methodology.

• Stay updated on Workday HCM enhancements, product updates, and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency with Three Link’s standardized deployment strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience working with Workday HCM in consulting, implementation, or a functional role.

• Solid functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent Optimization, Talent Management, Learning, Help, Peakon, and PEX).

• Current Workday certification in the HCM module.

• Experience within a Workday Services Partner environment.

• Background in HR operations, HR technology, or enterprise software consulting.

• Proficient in conveying complex system functionalities to business stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
