HCM Configuration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Perform designated configuration tasks across Core HR, workforce structures, self-service, and associated HCM modules.

• Assist in the migration and validation of configurations across Sandbox, Development, UAT Staging, UAT, and Pre-Production environments.

• Develop and execute test scripts; document, track, and re-evaluate defects.

• Keep configuration workbooks and design documentation up to date.

• Aid in data validation and reconciliation during migration dry runs.

• Contribute to contract deliverables, including release notes and inputs for status reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• US Citizenship is mandatory.

• An active Public Trust level clearance is required.

• An undergraduate degree is preferred, with equivalent years of experience considered as a substitute.

• 1–3 years of experience in HCM, ERP, or enterprise application configuration or support.

• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or a similar cloud HCM platform.

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working within a structured change control process.

• Excellent written communication skills.
