Haskell Developer

• Deconstruct complex issues to provide insights, technical direction, and define scope. You will evaluate trade-offs to identify the optimal solution for the business and clearly communicate these points in writing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in backend development. Familiarity with or enthusiasm to learn Haskell is a plus.

• You appreciate well-structured documentation and thorough testing. You understand that well-documented and tested code paves the way for your future success.

• A sense of ownership for your work from start to finish, accountability for outcomes, and a supportive attitude towards your team.

• You are passionate and practical in your approach to problem-solving. You focus on achieving results and enjoy addressing user challenges.

• Strong technical judgment is essential. You can clearly express trade-offs, particularly when dealing with incomplete information or in pre-decision contexts.

• You make well-informed decisions that balance speed with quality, anticipating potential challenges along the way.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and databases (we utilize PostgreSQL).
